(The name of it has escaped me for the moment.) Does anyone out there know exactly what it does and by what mechanism it achieves its results. I mean, does it prevent headaches? Tiredness? Also, I have heard that it is available on prescription from doctors in the UK. Are there any British climbers out there who have had it prescribed and have successfully - or unsuccessfully - used it at altitude. And just how easy was it to convince your doctor it was needed?
