Grimface/ Cathedral Peak area astride the U.S. - Canadian border (Washington. State) sometime late summer or fall. We are hoping to climb Cathedral Peak, Monk, and ???. I have reviewed the Beckey Fraser River guide and a Canadian text re: hiking and climbing in SW British Columbia. I would appreciate any personal beta re: most direct approach (road and hike), route info/recommendations (descent options) and any general points of interest or insights your experience in this particular area has left with you. If respondees would include their e-mail address, I can follow-up without burdening others on the list. Thx-- Mike SCC@WSDOT.WA.GOV
