We used an Oval-25 on McKinley during the infamous storm of '92 and it
held up fine in 70 mph winds. In fact, an ice block wall fell on it
during the night and it sprang back up with no damage. The Oval-25 is
lighter than the VE-25 but the VE-25 is easier to split amoung two or
three people to distribute the weight. I'm not sure I like the semi-
no-hitch-pitch. Willie - we have both tents if you want to take a
