Thanks for your message; the article you mention in Scientific American
was by me, and I've done several other books. What I am looking for are
UNUSUAl cases of altitude illness to incklude in a possible new edition
of GOING HIGHER (Little Brown, 1987). People who have had several
episodes of high altitude pulmonary edema or who get HAPE every time they
go high. Thankls for witing.
