Private group has contracted with IBEX (Bruce Klepinger) for 5 day
Bolivian trek, crossing 16,730 ft. pass in Cordillera Real, followed by
camping in Lauca National Park, Chile, near the center-line of totality
for the Nov.3 total solar eclipse, with various day-hiking options. A
total solar eclipse is one of nature's most awesome spectacles, very
hard to describe to those who have never seen one!
The trip dates are Oct. 21-Nov.8, and include acclimatization days on
and near Lake Titicaca. Land costs are $3000 down to $2500 depending on
group size (15 max.)
