The purpose of this list? To post messages wondering whether this
list is alive or not.

I guess the presence of rec.climbing and rec.backcountry in USENET
makes this list a bit ... bogus.

As far as Arizona goes, I guess I have been the only person here
boasting about how many rock climbing routes we have here in a
one hour driving radius of Phoenix. Haven't heard anything else.
